I got these tools from a friend and colleague of mine.  He went to an Izakaya and had conversations with a random person at the restaurant.  And the guy end up being a retired woodcarving master.  He graciously gave my buddy all his old tools since he doesn’t use them anymore.  I ended up snatching a few gems.
