Trained in Japan under Horitoyo.
Large-scale Japanese Tattooing is a journey of trust, commitment, and collaboration. My focus is on creating timeless work that flows with your body and endures for a lifetime.
This is a private studio dedicated to a limited number of projects at a time. If you are ready to begin, I would be honored to hear your story.
I had the privilege of training in Japan under Horitoyo, where I learned the depth, discipline and spirit behind this art.
Those years shaped the way I tattoo today - with respect for the traditional and commitment to carry it forward with integrity.
Tebori is a traditional Japanese hand-tattooing technique. I handcraft the Tebori tools I use for shading, selecting needle combinations according to the needs of each project.
Each tool is made with care. Each piece is built with patience.
1) CONSULTATION & PLANNING
We begin with a phone consultation to discuss your ideas, placement, overall vision, and the commitment involved. From there, we establish the direction of the piece and schedule your first appointment.
2) YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
At your appointment, we refine the composition, build the piece around your body, and begin tattooing. Each session is approached as one stage of the complete project.
3) AFTERCARE & NEXT STEPS
After each session, you’ll receive clear aftercare instructions to help the tattoo heal properly. Whenever possible, we’ll also schedule your next appointment before you leave.
4) CONTINUING TO COMPLETION
If you aren’t ready to schedule the next session immediately, we’ll follow up afterward. The process continues through additional appointments until the full piece is complete.
